This place is just so wholesome from top to bottom. Do visit if you get a chance. Food was class. They have organic produce and loads of other lovely stuff. The porridge was delicious and heartwarming. My man had beans and eggs and was in awe. During weekends they have all-day brunch.

We were visiting Waterford for a day trip and after doing some basic research found GrowHQ to be quite popular. The concept of having their own farm and using their own produce really pulled us to the place. They’ve ample parking and as soon as we entered the place had a good vibe - greenery, shining sun and we also saw a small greenhouse with vine tomatoes. The place has ample indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is quite exhaustive with vegetarian options. They’ve a distinction of mezze and lunch options. Staff was very friendly and accommodative. The food was decent overall. Most dishes were ok like the cucumber salad, chips, potato hash and coffee. Some things we liked: - vegetarian quiche, was the standout, as called out in most reviews - beetroot falafel, portion size was small, only 3 pieces but a good change from the regular falafel with the twist of beetroot - combo of soup, side salad and half vegetarian sandwich, this was really nice, just enough in terms of portion. The potato and herb soup was a bit thin compared to most soups I’ve had in diluted but the herby taste was nice. The vegetarian sandwich was quite good too. - coffee was ok, oat milk was not handled well. The sourdough bread they serve is excellent, it’s from a local bakery. Desserts: - flapjack and protein balls were decent - the special bread and butter pudding wasn’t good. A bit eggy and sour, also salty which didn’t really give it a dessert feel.

We found this place through an online recommendation and were lucky to get a table right away. The staff were absolutely lovely! They were warm, welcoming, and up for a friendly chat. A special shoutout to the gentleman working on the Bank Holiday Monday. He was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The space is bright, cool, and inviting. The iced coffee was delicious, and the food didn’t disappoint either. Everything tasted fresh and natural, with real care put into the preparation. You can actually see the chefs at work, which adds a nice personal touch. The brownie was absolutely divine! The menu had loads of different options too. We really enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend it to anyone in or around Waterford. We'd love to come back someday!

The food and atmosphere and the owner at the billing station was all good Even he gave us 10% discount for HSE worker in hospital The lady was kind enough to modify our food as halal/vegetarian as it could be I even asked them if they use same pans for bacon and meat stuff and they said they do it separately for sure French toast was not too moist for me but the ice cream and beetroot brownie was too good, would love to go there for that Over all its a beautiful experience inside and out as its a big area of plants and flowers

What a local gem it is! The food from the restaurant is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The shop sells great quality veggies and different foods. It is a lovely spot to go for coffee and cake to.
